A Year in the Land of Aus was recently awarded Highly Commended in the Wall Quilt (professional) category in Canberra Quilt Exhibition.
Each monthly block touches on just some of the events that occur within that month in Australia. Each month is sewn, appliquéd, embroidered and quilted, before being put together in a quilt as you go assembly. Each block can also be made into a separate small wallhanging if desired.
There are three options for purchasing A Year in the Land of Aus. There is the pattern only, the pattern and quilt top, or the pattern, quilt top, fusible wadding, backing and binding. Prices include postage within Australia, for other countries, please email Therese for a postage quote. One block will be sent per month, beginning with the block for the month in which you are starting. You can subscribe to A Year in the Land of Aus below.
