GENERAL SEWING - This class covers all aspects of sewing. The student will learn to sew the garment or article of their choice with supervision and guidance. This can be anything from clothng to curtains, patchwork to getting the most from your overlocker.
Suitable for the beginner or advanced sewer.
Every Tuesday 9am - 3.30pm and 6.30pm - 9.30pm.
No classes 3rd and 10th August.
KIDS LEARN TO SEW - Dressmaking, patchwork, cushions and bags are some of the things covered in these classes. The girls learn how to prepare patterns, measuring, correct cutting, how to use a sewing machine and more. This class has now been split into 2 groups
Juniors 10-13 years - Tuesday and Wednesday 5th and 6th October,
Teens 14 years and older - Thursday and Friday 7th and 8th October
9am - 2.30pm
MOTHER & DAUGHTER SEWING -
This class is for mothers and daughters that would like to learn to sew together. Minimum age 10 years.
Thursday - 22nd July, 12th and 26th August, 9th and 23rd September,
14th and 28th October and 11th and 25th November

SEWING AT THE SHOP -
Join in on the Thursday workshops with Therese at Gunnedah Fashion Fabrics. You can work on your UFO’s or start something new, with all the help and guidance you need.
Held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
10am - 2pm

ATTACK THE STASH - Fats and Scraps Day -
Bring along a bag, tub, box or draw of scraps and fats. Learn how to best sort and store them. Then work on one of several projects using your fabrics.
Pattern of your choice supplied.
Morning, afternoon teas and lunches supplied.

MYSTERY QUILT WEEKEND -
Come and join in on the fun of a Mystery Quilt. Arrive to find your fabrics ready to go, following the step by step instructions with Therese and you will end up with a lovely surprise. (Fabrics are arranged prior to the day and can be pre cut for you or you may prefer to cut your own).
Morning, afternoon tea and lunch supplied.
Saturday and Sunday 25th and 26th September -

MYSTERY MARATHON -
This is a day for sew, sew, sew. Start early and finish late with no interruptions.
(Fabrics are arranged prior to the day and can be pre cut for you or you may prefer to cut your own).
Morning, afternoon tea and lunch supplied.

PATCHWORK SATURDAY -
Finish a UFO or start something new, the choice is yours. Have a lovely day sewing and chatting with all the help you need right at hand. Nothing is a problem so bring it along.
