Pre-show Sale! We can't fit everything in to bring to Canberra, so see the specials page for some great bargains.

We offer a range of classes, which you can view on our classes page. A particularly exciting upcoming class is the Attack the Stash - Fats and Scraps Day. Bring along a bag, tub, box or drawer of scraps and fats and learn how to best sort and store them. Then you can work on one of several projects using your fabrics, with the pattern of your choice supplied. This great class will be led by Therese and held at the Gumnut Gear studio in Gunnedah.

Gumnut Gear provides a range of easy to read patchwork and appliqué patterns and kits that are beautiful and practical, catering for beginners right through to enthusiasts.

Based in Gunnedah in northern NSW, our studio is open by appointment. We also offer classes in all aspects of sewing, including several specialty courses.
